Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

New Zealand:
  • NZ Standard: $10 NZD
  • NZ Rural: $15 NZD

All orders over $150 NZD will incur free shipping. Only within NZ.

If the wrong shipping fee is selected at checkout, we will invoice you the difference.

 
International Shipping

Australia:
  • Standard (3-10 Business Days): $35 AUD
  • Express (3-5 Business Days): $50 AUD

 

United States of America

In light of recent changes to the De Minimus exemption, which allowed all items entering the United States under the value of $800 to be exempt from duties & taxes, we are now charging additional fees for duties & taxes. These are shown as a separate line item in your checkout.

  • Standard (7-14 Business Days): $80 USD


Rest of the World:

  • Using EMS Carriage/FedEx: $80 NZD
(Includes countries such as: Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, China, France, Germany, Netherlands)


At Drop Out Store, we strive to provide only the best shipping rates available. We use NZ based shipping service GoSweetSpot to produce the best shipping rates possible. GoSweetSpot and Drop Out Store NZ strive to provide the best possible rates under the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.

Please note from July 1st 2024, there will be an annual price increase across all of our courier providers and we have updated our pricing accordingly.

  • EMS International Carriage
 
Shipping Times

We aim to provide optimal shipping within 1-2 working days of your initial order completion. Times may vary accordingly with courier workload and Drop Out Store's ability to process orders in a proper and timely manner.
