- All items are deemed final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds for any sale items.
- All items are subject to availability, while stocks last.
- All codes are one-time use codes. Once they are used, they cannot be used again.

If you find a code, but someone uses the code before you do, you are unable to request or be eligible for receving the code you found again.
- Footwear/"Free" one-time use code is for 1x pair of footwear/item. Orders processed with multiple pairs/items will be cancelled without notice.
- "Entire Order" discount codes can be used for up to 3x items. Orders with more than the limit will be cancelled without notice.
- Easter Egg hunt one-time use codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other current Drop Out Store discount codes, including the complimentary welcome discount code.
- No product/item "holds". We reserve the right to "sell" any sale item, at any given time.
- Once all codes are found & used, we will communicate they are unavailable via our Instagram social channel.
We reserve the right to extend, finish or alter any sale items price, availability and location with no communication to the consumer.
