- You agree and understand that during the Street Barter game in-store, employees & members of Drop Out Store have taken reasonable action to explain to the customer the rules of Street Barter and that employees & members of Drop Out Store have given you adequate option to opt out of playing the Street Barter game.
- Drop Out Store holds no liability for customer confusion, where reasonable action has been taken, and that this does not permit the customer to request price alteration as per the above points.
- Sale items cannot be used in conjunction with any other current Drop Out Store discount codes, including the complimentary welcome discount code.
- No sale product/item holds. We reserve the right to sell any sale item, at any given time.
- We reserve the right to refuse selling any product/item to any customer during the Street Barter/Boxing Day sale if employees & members of Drop Out Store deem there to be inappropriate misuse of the offer available.
We reserve the right to extend, finish or alter any sale items price, availability and location with no communication to the consumer.
